Give your agency the problem you’re trying to solve.
An asset list helps us scope the work. A little context lets us contribute ideas earlier. You don’t need to solve the creative problem before we speak.

Explain what has prompted the request
Tell me what is happening in the business and why this work matters. The requested item may be part of something bigger we should understand.
Share what you know about the audience
Who are we speaking to, and what would help them? Questions from sales conversations give us more to work with than a job title alone.
Be open about the constraints
Timing, budget and approvals affect the approach. If the deadline is fixed, explain which items matter most so we can suggest a realistic plan.
Show examples and explain your reaction
Show references and explain what you like or would change. Your reason helps us understand the direction without simply copying the example.
Agree the next decision together
Decide what happens next, who will respond and what they are judging. Flag changes early so we can adjust the work and timing together.
You can start with a conversation
Tell me what you’re trying to do and what you know so far. We can work through the rest together.
